With over 4,000 acres of terrain stretching across six peaks and two mountain areas, Sugarbush Resort, located in Vermont's majestic Green Mountains and between two National Historic Villages, is like no other in America.

Located 45 minutes south of Burlington, Vermont's International Airport, a three-hour drive from Boston and five hours from the George Washington Bridge, the resort boasts diverse terrain, tons of snow and an idyllic way of life.

Winter turns this 4,083' giant into a skiers' and snowboarders' paradise. Explore the steeps, meander through the trees, conquer the learning area, or take flight in one of the multiple terrain parks and halfpipe - whatever your desire, Sugarbush has it all.

Many past, present & future Olympic, U.S. Ski Team & adventure ski athletes call Sugarbush home because of its diverse terrain, epic snow and local atmosphere. The resort's 111 trails stretch across 53 miles and offer unparalleled endless adventure. Serviced by 16 lifts, including 5 high-speed quads, you'll find yourself at the top of the mountain quicker, facing 2,600 feet of vertical drop.

If wilderness adventure calls your name, 11 pristine wooded areas covering 40 acres guarantee boundless opportunities for exploration. Those looking for a "true backcountry" experience can take advantage of guided tours into the Slide Brook Basin, a 2,000-acre wilderness area with bear, moose, bobcat and more.

From seasoned skiers to novice snowboarders, the guides and coaches of The Sugarbush Adventure Learning Center will help you improve your technique while having fun. Explore the backcountry with John Egan, progress in the park with our freestyle pros or link those turns on the beginner slopes. Whatever your skills, your Sugarbush coach will help you improve.

In addition to the average 262" of snow annually, an incredibly powerful snowmaking system provides that famous "Sugar Snow" on nearly 70% of the terrain. Nightly, Sugarbush's grooming fleet lays down velvety corduroy so you can rip those turns all day long.

Sugarbush is committed to improving. The Lincoln Peak Village, the most ambitious project in Sugarbush's 50-year history, offers an expanded base lodge, two restaurants, food court, a live music venue, a ski shop and luxury slopeside living at Clay Brook Hotel. As a leader in environmental stewardship, Sugarbush recently reduced energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions through the use of state-of-the-art snowmaking technology and a resort wide transition to biodiesel fuel.
