Children do not stay free at this location, they are charged as an adult. We offer newly remolded and nicely appointed efficiency units in a convenient midtown location, 4 miles to city center and 3 miles from the airport. The city bus stops in front of the property. In one direction it goes to city center and the other direction, it goes to our largest mall. All guest units at Mahogany Manor Midtown Vacation Rentals offer king or queen bed, private bath, writing surface, robes and slippers, Cable TV and VCR, phone access, high speed internet and WiFi, clock radio, CD player, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, extra pillow and blanket. Some units have access to a full kitchen. Free off-street parking and on-site coin-operated laundry. There is a book and video library as well as a computer available for guest use. Some guest rooms have view of the mountains while others enjoy a view of our lovely yard filled with colorful perennials and Mountain Ash and fruit trees. You are welcome to meander through the yard anytime. Guest suites were all remodeled in 2006 and are clean, comfortable and very nice. They are individually decorated and very comfortable. Your experience begins after we receive your reservation and email address as we send you a confirmation, welcome letter with information about your stay and directions as well as a list of things to do in the area. About 2 weeks before arrival you will receive final instructions including the current entry code to access your home in Anchorage. Once here, we have an abundance of tourist information available. If you need assistance, we are available to assist with a phone call. We are happy to assist you with dinner reservations and are happy to offer our expertise in helping you see as much of our Greatland as possible in a short visit.
