A $75 per person deposit is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to travel. Full payment is required at time of booking for reservations less than 30 days prior to travel. Accepted methods of payment are check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Cancellations outside 30 days are subject to a penalty of $75 per person plus any non-recoverable hotel and resort fees. Cancellations inside 30 days are fully non-refundable, unless space can be resold, in which case there may be a partial refund.
