Deposit of $500.00 per person is required upon booking with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
We operate on a Modified American Plan (breakfast and dinner daily). A meal coupon is issued to those who arrive after dinner. No refunds are given for missed meals.
We do our best to accommodate all requests, however we do not guarantee a specific floor or room number.
We cannot accommodate pets.

| Cancelation Policies |

Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to the planned arrival date will be refunded less a $150.00 PER ROOM processing fee ($75.00 Per Dorm Space).
All other cancellations (regardless of the reason) will forfeit full payment, unless we are able to refill the entire space. Guests are responsible on all nights reserved and will be charged for all changes.
Due to the nature and size of our property, it is necessary to strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.

Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out is 12 p.m. If you are departing later than 12 p.m., your luggage can be placed in our luggage room until departure. Changing facilities are available in the spa bathrooms.
