A deposit equivalent to two night's lodging cost is due within 10 days of the day the reservation is made. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Reservations will not be considered firm until deposit is received.

Deposit will be refunded LESS $150.00 cancellation fee ONLY if notice is received 45 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit entire payment.
