Nestled on a hillside in the heart of the Poconos is a family owned and operated resort.
Owners Dave and Sandy Kline, their family and staff offer you a comfortable place to vacation.
Families are our primary business, though many couples, social groups and organizations also choose to vacation here.
Situated on 30 acres in the midst of the mountains with miles of scenic woodland trails, Hillside provides the vacation destination for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Personal service is the key ingredient to our success. You will find clean accommodations with a country decor. Some offer fireplaces for a focus on cozy intimate conversation. There are also two-person Jacuzzis or heart shaped bathtubs to be enjoyed equally by skiers, golfers, children and couples.

Fine dining is offered in our dining room where each couple, family or group has a private table. Chef Tom Dennis provides a select menu for each meal and guarantees you won't go away hungry. He provides a children's menu also.
Accommodations for Everyone...
Charming cottages with separate living room and bedroom. King-size bed, refrigerator, fireplace, sunken heart shaped tub enhanced by mirrored walls, separate shower and vanities. Some cottages are handicap accessible.

King-size bed, fireplace, two-person Jacuzzi, nonsmoking. Many extras in this new suite.
Outlander...
Our deluxe Outlander has housed famous movie stars. Our new dimension in vacation rentals allows you to "camp" in style. Units have a complete kitchen, TV/VCR, stereo system, A/C and plenty of space. Ideal for couples and families up to four. Rate is $125/day with lower weekly rates.
We have completed the renovation of 10 deluxe suites that have a king-size bed, two-person Jacuzzi tub, private deck, living room, TV/VCR and much more.
